other use

Customer brought a Smith & Wesson SD9VE into my shop with the front sight missing. The S&W had a rectangular groove in the slide. S&W no longer had the replacement sight for their gun available so I made this one work.

Also works on SW9VE

Used a diamond file to slightly enlarge the width of the slot in the slide of my SW9VE. Works great as a replacement of the OE sight which is no longer available.

It comes with the Screw

Other Reviews said no screw included so I ordered screw and now have 3 extra screws. My fault I should have called Brownells .

Should be on all guns

Great steel sight. It is basically a night sight without the glowing tritium. You will need to also buy the screw as Brownell's sells the screw separately.

Glock STEEL front sight

Glock factory steel sight. Same sight as the front night sight, but has white nylon instead of a tritium insert. Easy to install, Glock quality, and not polymer. Should have been on the pistol in the first place.
