Excellent Optic
There some of the best red dots out there.
Great Optic
This is not my first Trijicon SRO. Large window, clear glass and durable optic. You can't go wrong with Trijicon.
Great product at great price
As advertised and price was better with delivery fees than buying anywhere local.
Clear dot, large view
Solid construction as expect with Trijicon reputation, clear adjustable red dot, large viewing window that is also clear
One of the best
This is by far my favorite optic today. I have this on majority of my pistol builds and love it. The optic window is massive and makes sight acquisition easy. The dot is crisp and tracks easily. The footprint being set for rmr is great as it will fit many slides cut for it. It’s pricey but with the price tag.
Excellent optic
Another excellent optic by Trigicon. Very well made, solid, great glass. Im going to buy another one.
Better features than the RMR
Lots of improvements over the RMR. Better lens clarity with less edge distortion, crisper dot, larger window, works as well with NVGs as RMR, external battery compartment, and uses the established RMR footprint for mounts. The lens still has some blue tint, which I personally dont care for, but overall this is a much better sight than the RMR. Time will tell on durability/longevity.
Totally Over-rated.
I have a Ruger Mark IV Hunter that I want a 1 MOA dot for extreme accuracy shooting. The good news is Trijicon makes exactly what I want with easy top loading 2032 battery. They also have the nerve to charge another C-note for the picatinny rail mount bringing the total out-the-door price around seven C-notes for everything, which is almost what I paid for my premium gun. I guess they figure their name and the fancy plastic box they give justifies the outrageous price. This is another classic case of a manufacturer pushing their monopoly to the limits. These sights are nothing but a small piece of glass with a tiny computer chip made overseas. They push the "Made in USA" for the fools that think the money stays here. It's tough to find the 1 MOA dot in other models but it can be done for way less money. It's time for Trijicon to get off of their high horse and adjust their prices to compete favorably.
Failed After 100 Rounds
I have an M&P9L CORE that I originally mounted a Deltapoint Pro on, but I had trouble finding the dot oftentimes, and the base of the Deltapoint was too thick to co-witness, even with suppressor height sights. I bought the SRO for the larger screen, which definitely improved my ability to pick up the dot. The base of the SRO is also thin enough to co-witness, so thats another plus (co-witness is mandatory for me and a defensive or duty gun). I fired 100rds during my first shooting session with the SRO, and then put it on my bed stand as my bedroom gun. 63 days later I picked it up and noticed the dot was not on. I tried turning it on, but it would not power up. I thought that odd since the battery should last 3+ years. Took the battery out, tested it (was good), but put a new battery in anyways. Still doesnt work; the unit will not power on. So, for the short time it worked, it was awesome, but I am obviously severely disappointed in the unreliability of the sight. Especially for $500+. Im sending it back and probably going to try a Holosun.
