Way too fuzzy
These are the worst patches I have ever used. The material is very fuzzy and it leaves lint over everything. It basically leaves a layer of dryer lint all over your firearm when you use it. Do not waste your money; get a different brand.
A Waste of Money
Definitely a waste of money. I do not understand the other positive reviews. The first patch I pulled out of the pack shed threads immediately just from handling. Thought maybe that was a fluke, so I tried a couple more - all the same. I would not want to run these through the bore on any of my rifles. There would just be too much cotton debris to clean out! I hate this kind of thing, because having to return something like this is just too much trouble. I expected more from Brownells. Guess I will stick with patches I make from old cotton t-shirts and cotton sheets...
Junk
Intial thought was that these were nice and coarse. Thought they would be great. Opened the bag and these patches fray all over the place. Decided to give them a try anyway, broke my three piece rod. Couldnt get them through with my tipton one piece. So money wasted i guess. No use for them.
