22 brass pistol brush
This brush really cleans. Doesn't scar the barrel.
Good, safe bruches
I like these brushes because there's no risk of scarring a bore as with steel core brushes. Nice to be able to buy thgem in quantity, too. I've been happy with the results.
Simply the best available.
Simply the best bore/chamber brushes available. I use these for cleaning the chamber of my 357 Magnum cylinders. It gives me more surface area for punching out dirty cylinders. They last longer than cheaper brushes and I only buy brass cored brushes to lessen any chance of damage to bores/chambers of expensive guns.
Fits the military M16 cleaning rods
These brushes fits the military M16 cleaning rods perfectly and make excellent replacements for those surplus military cleaning kits you have in your range bag.
excellent cleaning brush
The "Special Line Brushes", in my experience, last longer than the regualr brushes. I use this cleaning brush exclusively in the Browning 1911 45ACP. Over 90% of my shooting is with lead bullets, and depending on the load, slight leading of the bore can be an issue. I wrap strands of Brownells #3 Course Bronze Wool around the cleaning brush (Item# 439-200-300AT). This combination of brush and bronze wool cleans lead out of the bore MUCH faster than any other method that I have tried. The bronze wool is much softer than the barrel steel and will not harm the rifling.
Excellent cleaning brush
I have used these brushes for decades in the 38 Special and 357 magnum revolvers. Depending on the ammunition and firearm, lead bullets can leave mild to heavy deposits of lead in a 38 caliber barrel. I wrap strands of Brownells #3 Course Bronze Wool, Item# 439-200-300AT, around one of these cleaning brushes to clean lead out of the bore. It works faster at removing lead than any other method I have tried. The Bronze Wool is much softer than the barrel steel, and will not harm the rifling.
Durable and effective
Works fine, durable, no problems.
