belongs on every reloaders bench
I'm switching over from cast to plated bullets and in my research it is recommended to deburr "new" brass to prevent any possible nicks in the plating. For large batches you can use this tool in a 1/4" cordless screwdriver (200 variable rpm max) because this Wilson deburring tool is really sharp and doesn't require a lot of pressure or rpm to get the job done. For small batches I use my K&M handle, this tool fits perfectly and easy on the wrist.

Just what I was looking for!
I purchased this item to use with my L.E. Wilson inside/outside 45 degree chamfer tool. It works like it was made for it, which of course it was! There are chamfer tools with a round shaft that will work in a drill press, but the gun sites don't seem to carry them any more. This adapter allows you to do that with the combo tool. I use it to chamfer the throat of the chamber on black powder reproduction/replica guns cylinders. Makes for easy starting the round balls, and less lead shaving. Brownells also sells a 45 degree brass lapping tool that does have the drill press stem. Use this with their lapping compound to get a smooth finish. See picture.

One of the best tools I've ever bought
Deburring and chamfering were my least favorite operations of case prep. Now they're a breeze. Just make sure you follow the recommendation an use a Wilson chamfering tool, which I already had. I used to get the worst hand cramps when I would twist the chamfering tool by hand. This holder eliminates that and is much faster to boot! I have mine inserted into my B&D cordless screwdriver, but a drill works too. I just wish I had purchased one of these years ago.

Excellent tool
This is great combo. The Wilson deburr tool is very nicely made and sharp. The holder is also really nicely made, with unusually good attention to detail. Thanks, Sinclair, for offering a unique product.

Perfect!!
Not sure why some people give it 2 stars when they're trying to use the wrong deburring tool inside... It's made for the Wilson deburring tool, and fits 100% perfectly, and works GREAT!!!

Works great with Sinclair power center
Nice tool. Chucking it up in the Sinclair power center made for the nicest deburring session I've ever had. Darn near effortless. Do need to keep an eye on how long you hold the case in there with it under power.

Excellent with some adjustments
This seemed like an economical method to speed up case prep, and I am not wrong in that assessment! The craftsmanship of this set is excellent. It's nicely machined and the cutting heads are razor sharp. However, initially I had an issue where the tool would actually not fit into the holder. It would go in about halfway and there was no more progress. Turns out the tool was slightly oversized for the hole, so it was getting hung up. Not wanting to return it, I chucked the tool in a drill and using a piece of sandpaper, removed 1-2 thousandths from the body. After that, the fit is as precise as it gets. No, you shouldn't have to do that, but it's a small adjustment to something that will last essentially forever. The cutting heads are very sharp, so be sure to either use a low speed on your drill or only touch the case to it for a second. It's very easy to take off too much material. Overall, it's highly recommended and should last a lifetime of reloading.

Wrong dimensions
Holder will only accept chamfer end of L.E. Wilson tool which measures .621. The deburring end of the Wilson tool measures .6235 and will not enter the holder.

AN UNBIASED TOOL REVIEW
SUPER NICE & WELL MADE TOOL TO HOLD YOUR DEBURRING TOOL FOR SPINNING WITH A DRILL. HOWEVER, IT WILL NOT EASILY FIT THE "RCBS" DEBURRING TOOL. THE "ID" OF THE HOLDER WILL HAVE TO BE ENLARGED OR THE "OD" OF THE DEBURRING TOOL REDUCED A FEW THOUSANDTHS TO ACHIEVE A PROPER FIT. ANOTHER OPTION WOULD BE TO SIMPLY ORDER A "WILSON" DEBURRING TOOL IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY OWN ONE.
