Gunsmith parts
I was able to buy fine grit sanding belts (1x42") plus some much used Bradley beads.
The 400 grit belts will allow me to do a better looking recoil bad fitting with out so much hand work.
Replaced a fiber optic
The customer gets what the customer wants. In this case, he wanted an old, beat up fiber optic front sight removed, and a classic brass bead installed. Everything I had on the shelf was either too big or too small. It was either a #6 thread or a 3mm. So, I ordered the 3-pack and put the other two on the shelf. I'll need them at some point. I cleaned up the starting threads just a bit, as one must. The sight cranked right down into place.
Sight fit our REM 870 perfectly.
Delivery was prompt and package in good condition.
Shotgun beads on point!
In one of those experiences with recently manufactured shotguns, one day the front bead was there—and then it was not. Brownell‘a had several different types. I ordered several, knowing that sooner or later ai would need more. The Brownell’s basic front bead fit my 870’s barrel perfectly. I had the product within two days of ordering it.
Bradley bead
I really like these beads on a shotgun. It is large and highly visible for fast target acquisition. I also like the traditional appearance compared to the glow in the dark lime green or orange beads popular today
Well made
Excellent for restoring older guns
What I needed
What o needed and super fast service
Rugged sight
Installation is simple for this bead sight. Great solution for damaged beads due to the 6-48 threads - just drill out the original and tap with a Brownells plug tap. The skirt provides extra strength and a positive stop. Looks great!
