Too easy to get a great finish
I decided to use 320 grit and 400 grit, just to see if there was going to be a difference; It's all good~! I had enough material to do a Savage 110 tactical, a Colt 45acp, a Taurus Millennium and a Mac 10 45 acp and still had some material left~! Just follow the directions and your good to go~!

The best stuff...
This stuff is amazing. At first I was honestly skeptic, about how good it was, to how easy it was to use. It really is that easy. A few things though I would like to stress; First make sure your temperature is 50 degrees or above. Any cooler can potentially mess with the finish as its curing. Secondly, When mixing the duracoat in the bottle before pouring into the preval with the hardener, shake real well. There is a ball inside that bottle that sometimes sticks to the bottom. Keep shaking until you hear it rattle, then shake for a full 3 minutes after the sound of the rattling. Third, make sure you first clean all parts real well with the true strip degreaser and scotch bright pad provided. You dont have to scrub and take down to bare metal, but youll be surprised how much grease comes off. Mask all every thing you dont want duracoated. I usually clean/degrease and then mask off the night before so the next day all I have to do is mix and then spray. Spray in light even coats, dont saturate heavy. If you miss a spot, no big deal, youll get that the next time around being you end up giving three coats. If you go back to touch up, youll potentially make an area to thick. Finally, most importantly, when finished, LEAVE IT and DON'T bother it. Dont touch it, just leave it alone. In a few days it will become dry to the touch, just enough to hold to examine. Do NOT put your firearm back together yet. Although cool, dry and hard to the touch, it is still curing and is susceptible to scratching. Show some discipline and give it the full 30 days to cure in a nice warm dry environment. You will not regret it and thank yourself for years to come after. One cured, this stuff is a beautiful finish, but pretty darn tough. Added, camera I own and used for the photos doesn't even come close to giving DuraCoat justice. Photos always come out dull and fuzzy, but should give a general idea. Also, this stuff is great on polymer parts, so don't worry about duracoating them also to get everything to match.

Missing part
I guess I got a lemon. The sprayer just kept shooting out air. It looks like I'm missing the white tip on the end of the tube that goes in the paint. But from what I've seen it works great and good quality paint.
