Aluminum exterior with steel bore liner construction keeps weight down (16 oz.)
Fiber optic front sight and fully adjustable rear sight
Thread protector with .920" O.D. for a smooth, finished "of a piece" look when install on muzzle
1-16" rifling

Possibly the perfect combination!

I put this on my Ruger Backpacker Takedown along with the Magpul Takedown Optic mount and I could not be more pleased! The combination of parts works great! I have a Sig Sauer Red dot mounted on the optic mount. Removing the Sig from the mini rail allows me to use the Tactical Solution Fiber Optic iron sights fine (I like having options). The barrel is definitely more accurate than the original barrel, while being lighter and offering more sighting options. I am still experimenting with different ammo types and having fun doing it. Looking forward to mounting a suppressor, once I leave CA and can do so legally.

Very satisfied with the barrel

I already have one of their barrels for my Ruger Mark 4 pistol. Great fit, finish and the accuracy is amazing. Purchased it to allow for a suppressor to be used. It is very light and looks great. I have it mounted on the Magpul desert tan stock. They make great products.

Excellent barrel

This barrel is excellent. It is so light I could not believe it. It comes with fiber optic front and rear sights as well. Havent shot it yet but Im sure the accuracy will be excellent as well. I also like the looks of it and the fact I can attach a suppressor to it. I am very pleased with this purchase. Swapping out my old barrel with this one was easy as can be.

Perfect for Backpacker stock

I was putting together an ultralight back-county plinker and the TacSol barrel was the perfect fit. Accuracy is very good with varied ammo, no complaints!
