High Tower Armory 90/22 is a compact, maneuverable stock kit for the Ruger® 10/22® which utilizes a bullpup design for superior balance and ergonomics. This incredibly durable, polymer stock will reduce the overall length of most 10/22®’s to about 26 1/2 inches, just over the federally required minimum length for rifles. The HTA 90/22 also features a CNC machined monolithic aluminum Picatinny optics rail and aluminum bedding block, as well as an ambidextrous steel charging handle which cycles the factory 10/22® bolt from forward positions. The HTA 90/22 trigger linkage is made of Melonite treated steel for the most consistent and efficient transfer of energy, having a resistance to flex three times greater than aluminum by weight. A safety extension is included to allow the original factory safety to be activated, in addition to a safety selector located near the trigger. Also included is both an extended magazine and automatic bolt release which replace the factory releases and allow for much faster manipulation of your rifle's controls. This kit comes complete with a removable dummy suppressor, two side mounted Picatinny rails, and a detachable ammunition storage box for holding spare rounds in the field. Accepts factory 10 round magazines as well as most aftermarket high capacity magazines. Fits factory 18 1/2" and .920" bull barrels at least 18 inches in length (17 1/4 inches from receiver face to muzzle). Made in the USA.

New models of the 90/22 can be used by left handed shooters, as the kit now includes a detachable shell deflector.

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR RUGER 10/22 BARREL IS AT LEAST 18” IN LENGTH. MOST 10/22 barrels are long enough to produce a legal length rifle in the 90/22 stock system. However, some 10/22® variants and aftermarket barrels are shorter than 18". Federal law requires rifles to have a minimum overall length of 26”. The HTA 90/22 requires a minimum barrel length of 18" to achieve the 26" overall length. You can check your barrel length by removing the barrel from the 10/22® receiver and measuring it from muzzle to breech.

P-90‘s little brother

I own a P-90 and comparison-wise, the Hightower kit is a damned close replica. Even the attachment screw holes are in the same locations. The plastic clam shell is almost a match for the original in design, cross section, polymer-type and weight. So to hear the whiner complain about it being ‘cheap plastic’ only goes to show how unfamiliar he is with the real deal. If his trigger assembly is spongy, etc., then he should disassemble the system and reassemble it. Only this time, try to follow the directions. I have had numerous aftermarket 10/22 stock kits of every type and this one, I rate top of heap. So never mind the thumbless naysayer and buy this bullpup kit with confidence!

Make your Ruger 10/22 look like a P90!

Very high quality polymer shell, looks and feels good! Very easy to install, as other suggested, read manual first. Also, good idea to set all the same size bolts together. Once completely installed the gun does feel heavy(I have a bull barrel), but overall feels solid. I installed the BX trigger and the trigger pull feels nice, of course, the pre travel about 2/3 the overall pull(due to the trigger bar), but trigger has nice feel and fast reset. Side charging handle, magazine release, and bolt catch all operates smoothly. Very fun to shoot and a head-turner at the range. From a far, most people dont realize its just a conversion. Highly recommend if you want a different look and feel of your Ruger! Only complaint, it takes more time when you have to clean gun, but not a big deal!

I love it

I had watched quite a few videos before ordering so I understood exactly what I was getting. Build was really easy with no issues at all. This does not turn your 10/22 into a p90 it makes your 10/22 look like a p90. I really enjoy shooting it and it is very comfortable for me to handle. I would absolutely buy it again.

This kit is Awesome!

A well designed, manufactured and supported product! I could not be happier! They even include a screw that fits the front sight for a set of Glock sights to add to the upper pictinney rail! I suggest that you also get the device they have for connecting two Ruger factory magazines. I added an aluminum shroud on mine, the one that is included works, but the aluminum one is better! Customer service followup at Hightower Armory is excellent!

Very well built stock with some great features. Their website also has easy to follow video if you have any issues with assembly. Overall this is an awesome buy for anyone looking to have a fun gun to bring along to the range!

Great Fun

Makes a 10/22 that is just blah into something that is fun for action shooting. Quality made and well built.

My son loves it...

My 11yr old son loves this thing! He recognized right away the p90 look because of fortnite. He had been complaining about my GSG5.22SD having a heavy front end and he could not shoot longer times w/o having to rest it on a bench.This HTA 90/22 is perfect for him. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the faux suppressor is cheaply made and the way it attaches to the bullpup stock is so flimsy and rattles slightly when firing. Other than that it is awesome!

Nice product, poor quality control

Very happy with the end product but had to deal with a few issues that shouldn't have left the factory. First, one side of the safety hole needed reaming to allow the button to even fit. Second, one bolt hole wasn't drilled through. A simple fix but shouldn't have occurred. Third, the fake suppressor cracked at the seam when installed. Will be epoxied and properly fitted. Overall, a nice stock that feels great and solid but at the price I didn't expect the problems.
