Run away!
The guy said a little "wiggle room." He's being generous. 1. The rod is too short (like by 2mm) 2. Rod is poorly machined and made of cheaper steel than advertised. (I cut it) 3. Bottom line is....If you have a newer production 10/22, this WILL cause damage to your already soft receiver. The rod is short which causes the bolt to awe side to side, gouging grooves in the receiver. Ruger slightly changed a receiver spec 2-3 years ago. Companies like Kidd, Volquartsen, and most others changed their guide rods accordingly. Not so here
