The Brownells RMR Slide for Glock® 19 Gen3 pistols is the ideal upgrade for your factory G19 or the perfect "top half" for a brand-new custom gun built on a compatible frame from another manufacturer. This slide features a pre-cut slot for easy, secure, low-profile mounting of a Trijicon RMR or Holosun red dot sight. Up front, you'll find distinctive cocking serrations that aid in manipulating the slide to check the chamber or clear a jam. And let's admit it: the serrations just look cool, too! The RMR Slide also has standard Glock® factory front and rear sight dovetails for backup "iron" sights. Use suppressor-height iron sights for proper co-witness with the red dot.

You can get your RMR Slide for Glock® 19 Gen3 with the traditional solid top or with a "window" cutout between the front serrations that enhances air flow to cool the barrel - ideal for hard-working action competition pistols. If you have an upgraded barrel with a contrasting finish or a unique exterior pattern (fluting, spirals, flames, etc.) the window lets you show it off a bit! Or install our ported barrel for Glock 19, and combustion gas venting from the barrel ports through the window will counteract muzzle rise and help you keep the sights on the target for subsequent shots - no need to install a bulky compensator on the muzzle.

Each RMR Slide for Glock® starts life as a billet of 17-4 stainless steel that is machined to Glock® factory specifications inside, so it’ll accept factory or aftermarket barrels and internal parts. Each slide is heat-treated to Rc 41-44 on the Rockwell C scale for superior surface hardness and wear resistance. RMR slides are available with a wear-resistant basic black Nitride finish, or a thin, extremely tough, good-looking physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating in other colors.

I have had this slide on two G19 frames. The fit is excellent on the frame and the RMR cut works perfectly. My only complaint is a small smudge on the finish on the left slide, but hey, who’s looking. I would definitely buy another one if I needed it.

Professional Grade

I purchased this slide for my Trijicon dot. I am no gunsmith and I have only limited speak in firearms, but I can research and purchased this slide for my build. First and foremost, the hand feel of the Nitride finished slide is smooth and the serrations grip are all you need to rack it - aggressive but comfortable. When I went to build it, my gunsmith showed me milled and other slides where the screws broke or were too shallow to lock tight … he had 3 when I arrived. This project went together like every part was made for the other. The dot and sights went right in, the recommended slide kit came with the firing pin made from billet to improve the strength. The extractor depressor plunger and firing pin safety are machined from bar stock. Includes channel liner tool which SLID in (no forcing it). I have 1k rounds through it, the dot is spot on, the RMR sits firm and I am headed to the range. The finish of this product is thee difference, what stood out when I bought: the mounting screws have a raised female screw adapter - screws down tight and locks tight during the movement of the action.

First time buying this slide and it looks awesome on my G19. I also purchased a Holosun EPS MRS optic to match with this slide. The mounting plate supplied by Holosun fits exactly but the Zev posts are too tall and screws are sticking out. I ordered another plate from Brownells that I hope would be the right fit. Can’t wait to receive it and try the pistol out at the range for zeroing. Thanks
