Adapting the Holosun 509T
A "Reptilia Corp ROF Riser For Trijicon RMR/SRO" will enable you to run a Holosun 509T on this slide. The 2.5mm riser (#100047235) adds minimal height and is probably what you want. I went with the 10mm riser (#100047237) because I intend to use a large muzzle device and the 10 mm riser will lift the optic up for me.
The screws that come with the Reptilia mount are incompatible with these brownells slides. You will need 4-40 threaded screws of sufficient length. The 4-40x5/16 Brownells screws #078000500 have the correct pitch and head on them but they are too short.
If you intend to use the 2.5mm riser, 4-40x3/8 screws would probably do the job.
In my case, with the 10mm riser, and the plate that comes with the Holosun 509T, I need 4-40x5/8 screws.

Brownells G17 RMR Cut Slide
Great slide, quality fit and finish. Used the Glock internal parts kit for the install. Slide came with 2 sets of screws for the RMR (Holosun 507c X2). Used the longer 5/16 screw on the left side and the shorter 1/4 screw on the right extractor side. Had issues with the slide not loading all the way using both long screws. Had to push the slide forward to reset trigger. Went ahead and replaced with the shorter one and problem solved. This would be great info to provide with the slide.

I have an older Glock that does not have the slide cut for optics. I bought an optic with the RMR footprint. I had a discount coupon for this slide, which was cheaper overall, than sending my existing out to be cut.
This slide has bosses that secure the sight, and the supplied screws, just hold the sight down. This method of attachment, is much stronger, than having the screws only securing the sight. Slides already milled for the RMR cut, allow the sight to sit lower in the slide, rather than the OEM universal cut, that require an adapter plate.
Plus, this slide has a black nitrate finish, rather than some aftermarket slides that are Cera coated.

Great slide BUT WE NEED TO KNOW THE THREAD PITCH
TL;DR - THE THREADS ARE 4-48. Great slide. I've had this on my PF940 for quite some time now. My one gripe is i had to take the slide into a local bolt producer to find out what the thread pitch is. 4-48 is an extremely uncommon thread pitch. I had to actually fashion my own bolts from some longer ones to to mount my holosun. please either offer some 4-48's or include them so folks dont have to go throught he same trouble i did.

This slide was exactly what I was looking for, I wanted to add an RMR to my Glock 17 Gen 3 for easier shooting with night vision. I didn't want any lightening cuts that would allow dirt or debris in to the action, I just wanted to be able to mount an optic. The machining of the slide is very clean with no burrs. The serrations are grippy without being overly aggressive. The finish is actually a little nicer than the stock slide. An OEM Glock parts kit fit very well and function has been perfect so far. The 5/16" length screws supplied with the slide secured the RMR very well. The posts that the RMR fits on to are very snug, and took a little pressure to get the RMR over them. This is a good thing, the RMR cannot move at all. I had to ream the sealing plates holes slightly to get them to fit over the posts. All said, I am extremely happy with this slide and would recommend it to anyone. For those asking if this slide is compatible with Safariland ALS holsters, it is not, at least without modification. It would not lock in to my ALS 6354DO because this slide mounts the optic (RMR Type 2 RM06) slightly more forward than a Glock MOS slide. I had to remove material from the holster in front of the RMR so the gun would slide in far enough to catch the ALS retention device. I added before and after pictures of what I did, after a little dremeling the 6354DO works with this slide.
