Smoother operation than OEM orange plastic follower. The factory follower is much longer with it's "tail". Easy install

The factory magazine follower on an 870 Express is plastic, and I have seen two of mine fail causing jams. This aluminum upgrade solved all of my problems and takes less than a minute to install. And it looks good to boot!
Awesome Product
The stock follower in my 1187 was rough around the edges causing increased force required to load the magazine. I tried 2 other magazine followers before trying this one and they were a waste of time and money. This follower does not decrease magazine capacity like the others I tried because it is built to the exact same dimensions as the stock follower. The follower has a nice weight to it and slide down the magazine tube under its own weight. The stainless matches my builds digital finish beautifully however I wouldn't be opposed to colored stainless for more visibility. All in all, awesome product. Doesn't jam, operates smoothly, well priced, slotted for the perfect weight.

This s/s follower fit my 870 20ga Express LW model absolutely perfect. Much better than the stock plastic follower which was starting to wear and seemed to have a bit too much play in the magazine tube. I gave the gun a deep cleaning then cycled some shells though the gun, w/o firing, and worked perfect.
