Cured the worst glock trigger
My G48 had the worst trigger of any glock I ve had. Couldnt keep sights aligned with the hard break coupled with over travel. Fit the pro connector to minimize over travel and test fired. MUCH smoother and far more controllable trigger. Can pop beers at 20 yards with ease!!!

Yes, absolutely fitting is required. It says so clearly on the package and the instructions. A professional gunsmith had fitted and installed this on one of my custom G48 pistols. It was amazing. As such, I ordered one of these and followed the directions. It works perfectly and checking with the half-plate, engages all the safeties (I am also a certified Glock Armorer). I recommend this to anyone who can read and follow simple directions. I bought another one for my other G48.

I most recently installed this on my G48 and i've installed these in at least 8 others, for friends. when PROPERLY performed, i think it's the single most cost effective improvement you can do for a Glock. it immediately gets rid of that over-travel 'jump', making your POI more accurate. and the '3.5' model definitely makes the trigger pull feel more, 'fluid'.
Impressive
Quite possibly the best upgrade available for a Glock 43. This Ghost Pro trigger connector was recently installed on my Glock 43. It is the last upgrade that I have made but now I know that it should have been the first! The trigger now feels more similar to a Sig 365 trigger press than a traditional Glock. In short when I run dry fire drills it is much easier to keep the front sight on target through the squeeze and follow through (after the striker is released) because the over travel is virtually eradicated. This makes accuracy much easier to achieve and the reset seems even more crisp than before. The overtravel is tune-able. When installed, there is a small sloping bar on this connector that, as it is honed down, allows for the trigger bar to be timed with the release of the striker so that over travel is eliminated or reduced depending on the shooters preference. I also installed a Vickers Tactical flat faced trigger shoe (last year) had I known that this Ghost Pro connector was available I probably could have skipped the trigger shoe upgrade, but together they are a dynamic duo for my trustworthy little friend. I do use this handgun for competition but its primary role is personal protection.
Doesn't work on G43X
I installed this Ghost connector in my G43X along with my new trigger, it ended up not fully resetting my trigger. After multiple times checking to if everything was put in right, I swapped back out to my stock connector. Once that worked, I compared the 2 (should of done that first) and noticed that this connector has an extra small piece of metal that must be blocking it. So now I have a useless connector laying around. Only way I see making it work is to cut the extra piece of metal off.
Waste of money
Trigger pull felt the same as the minus connector that came with my G48. Maybe Glock changed the connectors from the early G43's to the G48 -- so this would an improvement over early G43 connectors? I don't know, but this didn't have any difference from stock G48.
