Use on Polymer 80
I used the mag well for a Glock 19 on a polymer 80 full sized, and it fits fine. This mag well works fine with standard Magpul magazines Glock 17.
Excellent Magwell
I was looking for a low profile Magwell for my Gen 4 Glock 19 but I was hesitant at first to spend this amount of money. I will say that it is worth every penny. The install took 30 seconds and the fit on the pistol is absolutely phenomenal. I was concerned by the previous review that said standard base pads would not work, So I called Zev themselves and they assured me standard capacity mags with OEM base pads would work. So to clarify, in my experience FACTORY BASE PADS FUNCTION FLAWLESSLY WITH NO MODIFICATIONS. Another added benefit besides the quicker reload times is that it forces your hand up on the grip while firing, which the higher the grip the less felt recoil you experience. All in all I consider this Zev magwell one of the best Glock 19 accessories I have purchased to date.
Great with some fitting
I agree with the other reviewer stating there wiggle room. I installed mine on a P80 full sized frame, I had to grind the screw down a bit shorter to fully secure and I had to oblong the grip hole upwards to get it to sit up tight an flush. Once finished, it fits Glock and Magpul Mags without issue, looks great, and slightly assists reload speed. Now that its properly fitted Ill be able to finally stipple my frame. Not compatible with Vickers base pads
Bought this for my Gen 3 Glock 19. This looks great and installed easily. But my Glock OEM magazine with Vickers base pad would not seat in the gun.
Maxwell too deep for standard magazines.
Need to use extended magazines as I experienced problems seating the magazine. The mag would not engage due to length of well. Kind of defeats purpose for CCW applications.
LOOSE FIT ON PF940V2!!!
bought this thinking it will fit the new PF940V2. it fits but tons of wiggle room once attached. not an ideal fit.
