Perfect fit

These work great on my Smith and Wesson M&P 9 threaded barrel to protect the threads when the suppressor is not mounted.

Works for me

Thin enough to disassemble and assemble with thread cover on barrel Looks good

finishing touch for KKM G30 with trim

I chose the YHM protector to finish the KKM barrel on my Glock 30 (KKM was out of stock) based on the matching stainless finish and workmanlike internal shoulder. The actual item is very nice with crisp knurl (beware holdster rub!), proper lands for clean threads, and no machine marks. Installed, it looks like the barrel was machined that way. I did find the length a tad long and left an internal gap between the barrel crown and the protector shoulder. I trimmed about 0.040" from the protector length to close that gap. Not a real function item and easy to do on my lathe so I am leaving the protector at five stars.
