Shorter insert shaft
I haven’t used it yet, but I’ve used the ones with the longer insert. This will not work with Glock pistols due to the shorter shaft. It will not work with the Sylvan adapter due to the mag release on the adapter not allowing it to insert far enough to latch.

Great addition for any Glock style PCC
Magpul hit it out of the park with this accessory. Build quality and function is top notch. It is not too big or bulky, on the contrary, it adds to the functionality of your PCC by providing additional rounds between reloading while at the same time looking really awesome. Make sure to read and understand how to load and maintain this item before use. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this item.

Doe not work with stern defense adapter
Purchased this to use with my ar build with the Stern Defense glock magazine adapter. Will not engage the magazine catch to hold the magazine. Just an fyi for those who have the same setup.
Works great and looks even better
Have to break it in a bit in order to get all 50 rounds in. First time I got 46 rounds, 2nd time was 47 and then I was able to get all 50 in one she loosened up a bit. Looks awesome as well
Doesn't work in my Ruger PC carbine
Loaded 30 federal brass 115 grain 9mm brand new rounds and put it in my Ruger PC carbine. First round fired, second didn't load. Racked. Got about 3 rounds before stovepipe. Couple more rounds stovepipe. FTE and a double load jammed it so bad I had to drop the mag with a round half jammed in the chamber and another vertical stuck and a stovepipe FTE all in the breach that I had to wedge out with the hex wrench. Needless to say I manually extracted the 15 or so rounds left in it and it went in the bag. No returns so I have a $120 paperweight. Not for Ruger PC carbines.
