This is a gift to my son, I've used Hoppe's #9 all my life and it works great. I leave it in the barrel over night and let it do its job. I've always used hoppe's after shooting corrisove primed ammo and never had any problems, it's good stuff and would recommend it to a friend.

Hoppes No 9

Hoppes No 9 is still the best gun cleaning solution as it has been for the last 100 years or so. It may be an issue if your missus has an issue with the odor. Just tell her it's your new aftershave lotion. It's less expensive if you buy it by the 16oz size.

Simply the old tried and true

I have been using Hoppe's since early 2020 when I first got into the sport of shooting. I am as satisfied as can be with the results.

Nice cleaner.

Great for general cleaning, when the customer does not want to pay for deep cleaning of the barrel. Recommend indeed.

Tried and True

Hopps 9 is hands down still the best solvent you can get. I've tried several other solvent products that have all the hype added to them and always came back to the tried and true Hopps 9. It will dissolve all the gunk that has been deposited for years. I recently laid the fire control group, and bolt of an old Model 12 in it, and after about 15 minutes, the solvent turned black from cleaning the parts.
