Glock mags are flawless just like the ones that came with the gun.

New 4th generation mags a problem?

Have no fear. The latest Glock mags with the small stainless steel window on the front of the mag just below the feed lips will work in any Glock. There are, however, certain Glocks that will only accept these type magazines.
