Best High Standard Barrel
Purchased the Aluma-Lite barrel. Well machined and fit perfectly tight on both a Model 106 frame and ML frame. No fitting required in my case. The info sheet with this gave various ammo accuracies from a Ransom Rest (50M, 55YDS)... CCI Green 3/4"-7/8", Eley Tenex 5/8"-3/4", RWS 50 5/8".
Also note that the Brownell pic on the Aluma-Lite when I purchased shows a bare unanodized barrel.
The barrel I received was anodized black, the alloy matching the steel portion. Looks very nice on the frame. I paired this with a LSP rail, also available at Brownells.

Outstanding barrel
An outstanding option from the stock super Matic citation 107 that I own. I wanted to add a red dot option to an already Nice pistol. The chamber is slightly tighter than that on the stock high standard and the accuracy shows. The picture Included or shot from a sandbag at 25 yards using the manufactures rail and a sigsauer red dot. I couldn’t be happier.

Great upgrade for High Standard pistol !
This is my second LSP Aluma-Lite barrel purchase. First barrel is on a High Standard Victor - the second on a Military Citation. These are well made and accurate barrels. The lightened weight of the barrel / pistol combo is a benefit to this older bullseye shooter! I've found SK Magazine ammo to be very accurate and dependable in this barrel! I did not have to do any fitting on either LSP barrel. Very good product!
High Standard Barrel
A great way to add optics without modifying the original barrel. I had to do some minor file work to the shoulder of the mounting stud. Very easy to do just go slow. Fit and finish are outstanding. Barrel is just as accurate as the factory off sand bags out to 25 yards.
LSP Aluma-Lite barrel is phenomenal
Recently picked up a like-new HS Hamden 106 military Supermatic Trophy with 7 1/4" fluted barrel. Didn't want to drill-tap the barrel, and my eyes don't work with iron sights anymore. Read some reviews on this barrel and scope rail combo on the bullseye pistol forums - all were excellent, so I thought I'd try one. Mounted a 25mm Ultradot sight. Exceeded my expectations! Sighting in off a rest at 50 ft, 10 shots touching in one fairly small hole. I would recommend to anyone wanting to shoot a red dot sight on an older HS pistol and not wanting to deface the original barrel. You will be very pleased, and the price is icing on the cake.
Superb Accuracy
Bullseye competition, mounted on HS 106 Military. Wanted barrel that was chambered for cci sv (chamber length critical). Performs 100%, fit and finish excellent, use lsp mount with ultradot matchdot. Winning combination.
Awesome Accuracy, Highly Recommend
Replacement for original citation barrel. Out of the box I was drilling the 10 ring with 3/8" accuracy @ 50'. I also purchase their rail which was a perfect fit. Installation was seamless.
good bbl
Pretty good barrel, Shot a few mid-high 90's slowfires with it so far this yr in the postal league. Just required some minor adj as the button was hitting the pin for the bbl catch and the bbl didn't want to seat completely on my very early TX HS Victor.
