Design & Functionality
70%
Several reviewers highlight the case's design, mentioning it is compact and visually appealing. However, issues with insufficient space for shorter bits and the flexibility of the hinge are common complaints, suggesting room for improvement. Users have had to improvise to secure their bits properly.

Magna-Tip Case
I needed a decent case for my ever-expanding collection of Magna-Tips. This case is a nice compact size, with decent heft. Recommend.

Handy Screwdriver Storage
Fine for storing my bits and handle. Only issue is the chart doesn't call out some of the specific bits for my S&W revolvers.
Would you recommend this? Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Mostly designed for flathead bits
The case is well made but mostly made for long-shank bits. I was looking at the complete set and determined that it comes with 40+ flathead bits - Too many for my personal use. I decided to buy the empty storage case and to order the Magna bits separately to include Flathead, Torx, Allen, Square, and Phillips. The T A S P bits are the standard size (short). When you place them in place and tip the case vertically, they fall off. I had to cut a piece of foam to size to keep the shorter bits in place.

B-B+
The case is ok. I like the color, I like the compact size, but seems kinda cheesy compared to the price and quality of the screwdriver system it houses, considered by many the gold standard for gunsmithing. It is just a repurposed MTM case. If you look up the MTM 200 round small bore ammo box, you will see the shell is identical. Not a fan of the flex hinge which refuses to stay open, but I suppose it will get better with time. How about a real hinge, and a real latch to close it? I see $20 sets from Wheeler that have these features. Also, if you want to expand beyond the max 58 bits, you will either have to keep them piled loose in the parts well, or find somewhere else to store them. After all, the “master” set does not include a single Torx bit. I think the case would be better with an additional 10 bit slots in place of the parts well. If someone wanted to make a “real” master set, adding the thin bits, standard bits, and Torx bits, you would need 96 slots. More if you also want some metric hex bits. Currently not an issue for me. Because the Starter Set, Super Set and Master Set have been out of stock for weeks now, I made my own set with the 22 bit add-on pack, 3 Phillips bits, 10 Torx bits from Wera and 16 standard and metric hex bits from Wiha. I am not a professional gunsmith, and this selection of bits should be plenty sufficient for my needs. I also got a set of 5x2mm magnets for $5 off Amazon and gorilla glued them into the bit slots. Now the bits are held securely and don’t rattle. Despite the shortcomings of the case, at the end of the day when I look at this set I am quite happy with it.

OK Box, wish it had no driver slot
Wish this box didn't have the driver slot. I am organizing the bits by type of firearm and I am out of room. I still need 18 more holes for my Brownells "Thin Set". Brownells needs to make a set that has holes only for a "bit holder insert only". Mike

Handy
Handy to hold all the extra Magna-Tip bits you will be accumulating when it hits you having how nice it is to have the driver exactly fit the fastener. Wish there was an insert just for the shorter length bits.

It's not actually unbreakable
The box seemed fine until it got knocked off a five foot high shelf onto a carpeted concrete floor. The lid split lengthwise down one whole side.
