This is the exact same QD mount that comes with the DDM4V7. Mine came with one, but I wanted a second mount out towards the end of the barrel. I like this style mount because it takes up very little rails space and sits very flush against the M-Lok rail. I believe Its specific to the Daniel Defense rail, so I dont think it will work with other companies rail designs. DD rails have a large circle on the end of the rails that this mount lines up with for the QD.
