Fantastic concept and engineering !
I still do not understand all the confusion about using P80 ( PF940Cv1 ) frames. I think there may have been an issue with how some of these P80 frames were completed by customers using hand tools instead of cutting the rails on a mill. I bet if you measure those malfunctioning P80's rails using a digital caliper you find one or both of the rails out of spec. I would not bet my life on a P80 built using hand tools to cut the rails.

G19L slide
I used a lonewolf barrel. It says on their website gen 5 / G19L barrel i took a flyer. Works no problem.put 50 thru this past Saturday. My only issues is the RMR cut screw size. Nothing fits.maybe someone knows what size?

19L on 19x frame
I’ve used this product with the 19L barrel from Brownells in USPSA matches for about a 1.5 years now. This gen 3 model slide & barrel combo works well with the 19x frame but you need the gen 5 back plate and I use a strike industries guide rod gap filler. No issues in 10k rounds.

Glock 19L build
This slide works great , all the parts fit together like you would expect. No problems or issues . I used a Gen 5 model 17 barrel simply because I had bought one used. Highly recommend

Quality at a great price
Every thing went went right together and worked correctly.
Initial Assembly
Assembled the same as previous slides from Brownells, no difficulty there. There are two things I would like to have known beforehand however. I chose to (attempt) to install a Riton Optics X3 Tactix PRD. The base pattern is the same as an RMR, so it slotted into place perfectly. The hardware supplied with the optic is a different thread pitch than the slide and the hardware supplied with the slide is too short! I'm betting a trip to the hardware store should resolve this. The second thing not made clear in the online description is which guide rod to use. I ended up selecting one for a G17 (the slide is longer, right?). I chose poorly. The guide rod for a G19 appears to work (it goes into place as it would on a regular length G19 slide). Once complete(less the optic, for now!), I test fitted it to one of my known functional frames and everything seems to operate correctly. As of this writing, it remains unfired.

the Glock Store G3/ 19 80% frame is not the same length as Brownells frame, hence, this slide is not work. So, be sure you purchase your frame from Brownells.... I have assembled all parts and am a Happy Camper.
Not compatible
I purchased this slide BEFORE the purchase of a GlockStore compact LONGSLIDE frame ( p80-pf940cl ). NOT COMPATIBLE A call to Brownell Tech. Dept. informed me I need Brownells TRUE Glock frame... 100-023-538 as it is not the longslide frame and is compatible. will follow up on this when completed. the replacement of the 80% frame is my best option...
Great build quality, no issues
I bought this slide for a build of mine with the Trijicon RMR and I had no performance nor fitting issues. The only challenging assembly was the nylon sleeve in the slide. You will need to purchase the tool which allows the insertion of the sleeve. The G19 runs perfectly with this slide and it's a great value. The Nitride coating is well done and will provide a lot more corrosion resistance than they typical paint job. I don't know why others have had issues with this slide. I was so happy, I bought another and again - perfect fit and function.
