700x my go to powder
12 gage, 45 acp and mid range 44 mag. When I was a younger and poor reloader I needed to be frugal, this powder meets all my needs, trap range days, small game and inexpensive range time with my 44 with mild loads shells last for ever.

This has a fairly high burn rate, but works very well in my shotgun and pistol reloads. Great price and very fast shipping, ordered on Wed. at noon and delivered at my home on Sat. On the west coast.
My favorite for .45acp
Ive tried several powders in .45acp and most of them left unburnt powder, 700x does not! I have loaded 230 grain plated and FMJ with great accuracy and reliability as the result. 5.0 grains duplicates factory load performance and works well in all firearms Ive tried it in from subcompact 1911 up to a 16 barrel UMP clone.
Clean and Accurate.
Perfect powder for Ruger PC carbine which due to its gas blow back design, burns very dirty w/ rapid carbon build up. I have tried 4-5 different pistol powders and finally settled on 700X. It is the cleanest powder I've used on PCC so far and well suited for high volume shooters. It maxed out at 4.2 grain when loaded w/ 124 grain plated RN, so a little goes a long way.
Excellent Shotshell reloading powder
I love this powder because of its versatility for loading 12 gauge shot shells from light 3/4 oz. to 1 1/8 oz target and field loads. I use it almost exclusively for 1 oz skeet loads at 1150 ft/sec. Easy on the shoulder and the case, allowing for many reloads. Runs in my semi autos just fine and really shines in my over under. It is a little dirtier burning than the newer powders out there but it seems to be more consistent. I load about 5000 rounds of shot shell ammo each year and this is my go to powder. Great performer.
