Awesome gun! Use it for my edc.
Great pistol so far
Purchased for home protection & concealed carry. The pistol was dead on right out of the box, recoil is really low for a small pistol. It fits my medium size mans hand pretty well, especially with the larger magazine. Theres not a safety except integral with the trigger so you have to use caution & keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire. The trigger is fairly light.
Hellcat love the gun.
Love the gun! small, light, carries lots of rounds and accurate. will probably end up being my EDC.
Great Buy
I'm definitely happy with my Hellcat purchase. My current CCW is the Sig P365... I really like the Hellcat because it is very similar in size to the 365. However, the Hellcat has an higher magazine capacity which is highly impressive in a subcompact handgun. I've only fired around 300 rounds through it and it has performed extremely well. I will switch between the two but for now the Hellcat is winning out.
One of The Best of the Micro Nines!
Im very impressed with the Springfield Hellcat. Its been my carry gun for the last year now. Accurate, reliable, ( I havent had a stoppage yet), has fed everything Ive put through it, including FMJs, and hollow point defensive rounds. A lot smaller than my Glock 32, with the same amount of carry rounds. Dont get me wrong, I still love my Glocks. Smaller imprint while carrying concealed. Great gun in a smaller package.
MY FIRST HELLCAT EXPERIENCE
I took it out to the range for my first trial run. With the Hellcat I brought my Glock 26, 43 and Ruger LC9 S Pro for comparison and was blown away by the Hellcat. It felt good in the hand, accurate, minimal muzzle flip and kick. I love my Glocks but this one is right up there with them. I let several of the range instructors shoot it and they were as impressed I was.
