Loved these grips
These grips fit my new Ruger Single-six very nicely, no sanding or filing needed. These grips are thicker than the stock grips which I like as I have large hands. Ruger says that color may vary and mine are on the dark side but I still like them.
Fits my .357 New Model B.H.
Got these grips for my New Model Blackhawk chambered for .357 with a conversion 9mm Luger cylinder, they fit tight and look beautiful. Feels good in the hand and yes they come with a screw so you don't have to buy a screw for them. I'm very happy with them overall no complaints here.
Nice grips
Fit my 41 NM Blackhawk with lock like a glove. Much nicer than the factory plastic.

Great Fit
I just bought a set of these for my New Model Blackhalk Convertable .357/9mm with lock. I was skeptical that they would fit as read on other posts on the internet, but when they arived they fit great. A little tight to align on the internal grip pins, but they don't move. They look good and enhance the revolver over the factory black grips. Thanks Brownells!
Perfect fit on Old model 3 screw XR3-RED
I picked up a mint SS Convertible three screw with broken grips, and searched all over online for a definitive answer as to "what" would fit properly on my gun. Ruger wasn't able to offer much help. I tried a set of new model grips, the black hard rubber ones, on at the gun shop...they fit, but not perfectly. I just wanted to be able to shoot my gun! These look beautiful, fit perfectly, and came with new ferrules installed and a new screw. It was a 30 second job to make my gun look great! Highly recommended if you're looking to keep Ruger grips on your classic revolver! Thanks Brownells!
Nice Upgrade
Upgrade from black rubber grips and back to original factory style and material. Though a very, very close match to the grip frame, some minor fitting was required. The laminated rosewood material is dense and tough, so take fitting work slow with lots of intermediate checking as you get close. Once fit, material polishes up nicely.
Beautiful BUT Thick and Slippery
This is a GORGEOUS replacement to the black stock grip that comes with the Ruger Single-Six BUT: 1) The grip is THICK, while the stock grip is nice and thin (nice and thin, that is - for small hands like mine). / I had to use a coarse wood file to file down the grips so that they would work with my relatively small hands. 2) The grip is SLIPPERY/ SMOOTH - which I do not like. / But, I fixed this problem with the already mentioned filing. After filing, I simply applied some oil to the filed surfaces, and now the grips are neither too thick, nor are they too slippery. NOW the grips are BOTH GORGEOUS and highly FUNCTIONAL.
Not bad for thirty bucks...
Bought two pairs: one for a Blackhawk and one for a Single Six. Both pairs required minor fitting. The grips look great and are much better than the cheesy hard plastic "cheese grater" grips that come from the factory and fill the hand well.
