Excellent Glock Upgrade
Used this part in 6-7 Glocks and always satisfied. This part with titanium safety plunger plus light trigger bar polish reduced rough 7 lbs pull to 3 lb 12 oz.
Recomend Gunsmith Install
Yes fitting is required. Fitted as it should be it creates a much crisper feel to your Glock. I highly recommend it being fitted by a COMPETENT gunsmith. It's not hard to install but if you don't know what your doing you will cause yourself a lot of frustration.
Best upgrade
It takes a few times of install, assemble, test, disassemble, file then try again. Once you get the travel set to where the cruciform releases the striker every time what an amazing upgrade! I have previously polished the oem trigger bar , safety plunger, and contact face of striker. While installing this I also did the ghost spring kit. 4lb striker 6lb trigger and reduced force safety plunger spring. Polish, springs, and connector took about $45 and 2 hours labor all together. Spending any money on anything else would be foolish in my mind. This is the only stuff I will ever put on anything I own. Required fitting is listed as a con. It is not a negative thing to have to put forth effort to make your stuff better and should be considered as a positive.
Great upgrade for target and competition
I purchased 4 of these and 3 triggers for install on 4 different Glocks. 3 Gen 3's and a Gen 4. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to get it fit properly to each gun if you take your time. and can completely remove overtravel in the trigger after the break. I installed this with 3 different Apex Triggers. The best combination was with Trigger part number 100023505. It was a blue one with the narrow safety. The take up was nice and light with the pressure coming up just before the break. After the first round, the reset is nice and short with a nice smooth pull to re-fire. All of the Apex triggers had an extremely smooth pull with this connector. The Stock Trigger was certainly improved and lighter than stock but needed to be smoothed out in order to improve the feel. I recommend the Apex Trigger with the new trigger bar for the best overall improvement to the feel. If you get one of these you will need the Armorers Slide Cover Plate, 100001260, in order to release the trigger when doing the set up. you technically "Could" do it without it, but the cover plate is cheap enough. Just add it to the cart and save yourself the frustration!
when properly fit it works great
when properly fit it will increase your accuracy with shorter trigger travel and lower trigger pull. required for fitting is the orange cap for the slide. This allows you to release the trigger bar from the striker when fitting. If the trigger is still spongy look for flex in the transfer bar. Add the heavy trigger reset spring for lighter pull and better reset.

I really like these, best solution for trigger overtravel adjustment. It takes a while to get it right the first time but then I use a properly adjusted one as a template for future ones. DEFINITELY get the orange slide cover and thank me later.
Really Works
Have shot a Glock 21 after replacing factory 5.5 trigger with a 3.5 Ghost. This one helped speed up my recovery between shots and assuring better time on target recovery. Follow the easy instructions that are written and accompanied with pictures. If you've been shooting for awhile with the factory trigger be patient with the new one. You have to train new muscle memory to not press as hard at reset or you will crank off an unsited round. I don't recommend for conceal carry use for that reason.

For a part that you can install yourself without any gun smithing it's a great product, it's fairly simple to install with a noticeable difference from the stock trigger pull of a glock.
Smokin' good trigger!
You have to fit the trigger stop by gradually shortening it, so this isn't a drop in but believe me it's worth it! It took me about an hour and a half working slow, getting all goofed up and having to disassemble the slide to get the striker out so I could get the gun apart on my first few trial fittings. Remember it's a trigger stop and while it's long you can't pull the trigger! When you get close to the right length you can trip the trigger bar with the disassembly tool or a pin punch through the armorer's orange slide cover plate (get one of these!) and that makes try fitting much easier. Google Ghost inc. and see their instructions before you start. I fitted mine with the "Dave Spalding cut" (google that too) and the reset is astonishingly short. Dave, I owe you one buddy! Long story short this thing works amazingly well, the Spalding cut is the away to go, and if I can do it anyone can. I used a file to do most of the cutting and a stone for the last bit and to polish. Work slow, check fit often, and don't forget to buy an armorer's orange slide cover plate!
Good Trigger Pull
Ghost highly recommends that a gunsmith installs this product. It can be installed by an end user, but you MUST take your time and make minute adjustments. It is a hassle to install and if you are not good with tools, don't bother with making this a DIY project. After the install the trigger pull is a bit softer than the stock, I compared directly with a stock G22 which felt a bit more crisp. I prefer the trigger pull with the new connector.
