Perfect
I have 2 master magna tip sets, but the fixed blade master set with bench block is the best screwdriver set I've seen. Perfect
My Last Screwdrivers
I bought this screwdriver set hoping that it would be the last ones I'd need to buy. I've had various gun smithing screwdrivers over the years, but never a set like this with a dedicated handle for each bit. I should have bought this years ago. These are extraordinarily well made screwdrivers that live up to their promise. I looked at each tip under a strong magnifying glass, and the machining is fantastic. Other than some jeweler's-sized screws that need a watchmaker's screwdriver, I haven't found any slot screws that I haven't been able to tackle with this set. And the bench block is a nice touch.
Excellent set for perfection
If your the type of person who wants the job done right, this is the set for you. If your tired of seeing guns with bunged up screws, this is the set for you. Bottom line, if you want screwdrivers that will show your professionalism and attention to detail then you need to order these immediately!!
Professional Quality
This very professional set. High quality. User friendly, Convenient and ready when needed. The fixed blade screwdrivers are of fine quality. The Oak Bench Blocks will keep them well organized. You can feel the weight of the solid wood bench blocks that will keep them from sliding on your work bench. They look good too! This is a must have for any gunsmith or avid shooter/hunter/collector/outdoorsperson that works on their own equipment. Be safe and have fun!! NRA Benefactor Life Member >>>>>-----2A/RKBA----->
All of your screwdrivers in one place
This is a very nice professional set. Just like the ones on The Gunfather (The Outdoor Channel). The blade sizes are stamped up near the handle (1 - 20 for the flat tips). Makes it very easy to arrange the screwdrivers by size in the block. Makes it very easy to sort hex tip and ant-cams by size. Empty hole, you forgot to put one back. Convenient. Professional. Time saving. Everything one wants in a screwdriver set.
Would be 5 IF
I bought several of these screwdrivers and they are high quality and well worth the money! I rate at 3 stars because of Brownells description. The main concern is that the handle dia is published at 1" when actually it is closer to 1 1/8. this is of no issue to the functionality, but if you are a guy like me and just as excited as me, you build a nice oak block to place them in. I bored 1 1/16 holes for clearance an guess what: they don't fit. Great tools, I am just a little frustrated with Brownells' lack of attention to detail on this. at teh very least, publishing a tolerance would ahve been nice. E.x. 1" 1/8 ect. Jason
