Great Range Product

I bought this for my range toolbox, because it's a great cleaning and lubrication for any gun. As a Range Safety Officer, I often see new shooters at the range who don't clean or lubricate their firearm, and get frustrated when it doesn't shoot reliably. A little light CLP lubrication usually solves the issue and the shooters have a great time and learn to maintain their gun. Win-win!

Use it Nealy Every Day

When I do a "Clean, Lube & Inspection" this is the lube and corrosion protection used in my shop. After disassembly, degreasing and inspection, all the disassembled parts get sprayed with the Lucas CLP, then blown off with compressed air.

Gun Lube/Cleaner from a real oil company

I was attracted to the Lucas products because I know them as a "real" lubricant company. I clean and lube my guns often enough where near any brand of oil will work, but i have more faith in a long-term history actual lubricant company than some well meaning "mouse milk" conjured up in somebody's basement. It lubes just fine, cleans just fine and does not gum up over time for storage. Can't say that for every other product I have tried over the last 40 years.

Pleasant odor

I'm a fan of Lucas products, this one is no exception. It does just what the name suggests, cleans, lubes, and protects. I've used it on many guns and performed great. I prefer to get it in this 4oz size bottle then transfer some into a Brownells needle oiler bottle. That makes reaching the hard spots much easier with less waste. The best part for me is the pleasant odor compared to the other CLP's I have used.
