Works well, but not for a 1917

The tool is functional, sturdy, and easy to use. It just didn’t fit the ejector rod for my M1917 revolver. The knob at the end of the rod is too thick to fit.

Perfect

Exactly what I needed for a loose extractor rod. Very easy to use and doesnt leave any marks.

Does not work for my application

I had read a review somewhere that someone asked if this would work for a S&W Model 66-8 revolver. Their answer was YES and that's what made me want to try it out. Unfortunately, it does NOT work. That center hole is way too big to grasp the extractor rod. Turning the screw all the way till the split part touches and the center hole is still too large. Can't review this properly as it feels like a good quality tool, but does not work for my application.
