Took me about 15-20 minutes. You need some light. Best upgrade so far on my Glock 26.

Works like a charm

I could not easily release the magazine with the stock release button. I actually had to change my grip. Which is not good. I bought the extended release. Then had a glock expert change the stock release to the extended version. Works great, very happy with it. Buy it, will not disappoint.

Great addition

It's an easy swap and makes swapping mags much easier.

Worth

It was difficult for me to release my mags with stock release but with this new extended version by Glock my trouble are over. My Glock 19 Gen 3 is "fixed" or better yet, I upgraded it to work with my little fat fingers. DO IT BUY THIS EXTENDED PART!!! DO IT!! STOP READING AND DO IT NOW!!!!!

Extended Magazine Release

Installed on my Gen 3 Glock 23. Works like a charm. I dont have to shift my grip in order to depress this extended mag release. Very sharp corners on the button though. So far so good. Arrived ahead of schedule in good order. Thanks Brownells.

Should come Stock on all Glocks

This is probaly one of the easiest upgrades u can make to a early gen glock and it helps so much it takes about 2 mins to complete install. It is like night and day i dont have to adjusty my grip to eject the mag or use my support hand. For the price its a no brainer just get it

Perfect fit, easy install

Just installed this on my gen 3 Glock 19 and I struggled a bit before with dropping the mag without adjusting my grip. Now it drops 99% of the time without grip adjustment. I like the fact that its polymer as I have seen things with metal ones against the polymer frame wearing things down. The install was super easy just pop a small spring pin out and this slides right in without issue. Anybody that doesnt have a newer gen 5 with the updated mag release should definitely get this!

Installed in my G26 in 5 min. The ergonomics of the G26 makes this a must for me. I have one in my G19 also for the same reason.
