Used in many shops for engine turning rather than using abrasive tips as the brush wires follow the contours of rounded gun parts better, giving a complete, jeweled pattern. Also reported superior on flat surfaces with long tool life. Made to our specifications. Use with 120 grit Silicon Carbide Abrasive and Do-Drill. Drill press rpm should be fairly high. The gunsmiths recommending this process praise it highly. SPECS: Brush diameter 3/16' (4.8mm), .005'diameter (.13mm)
wire, 1/8' (3.2mm) shaft. 1-7/8' (4.4cm) overall.

Work Great

I use these to add a bit of ornamentation to my fly fishing reels (handcrafted reels) in brass and aluminum. Easy to use and last.

My Favorite Jeweling Brush

These are bar-none the best jeweling brushes on the market. I have used hundreds, if not thousands of them and they are top notch quality. My only complaint is that I wish Brownell's would start selling them by the dozen to make it less expensive for high volume uses, such as myself.
