Good ear protection for good price

I use this earmuffs in indoor shooting gallery. For me it's comfort. I can adjust it to protect my ears and at the same time to hear my friends or instructor.

OK for outdoor use, good for the price

Outdoors some static hiss, if you turn the volume up; indoors (at my home) picks up interference from fluorecent tubes and other electronic equipment. Light & slim but shields well enough from gunshot noise (762x39) outdoors while letting you hear what is going on around you. Have not tried on indoors range yet, might be that I'll switch the mic off and use them as passive & add in-ears as additional protection. Folds nicely for transport, but could fold even better. Size is somewhat small, had to pull the headband to it's largest setting (using Peltors there is room to spare for me)

Not what I expected

Maybe I just got a bad unit, I an not happy with the way the electronics work, I'm hoping Brownells will give me a refund or maybe an exchange. I was so dissapointed.
