Great trigger
This trigger is in my EDC allong with my G19 and I love this trigger in both. This trigger will take your pistol to the next tier. Would recommend to anyone. My father shot my G43 with the AA trigger then shot his, he now has an AA trigger.
Overall a nice upgrade
Im pretty happy with this trigger. It installed easy (getting the main pin out of your 43 is by far the hardest part). I only have about 100 rounds through it, but I do like the feel. It comes with a Ghost Connector, so no need to buy one of those separately. I really like the look of the gray, it matches my Taran Tactical mag extensions that are titanium gray pretty well, not perfectly, but close enough. The flat face definitely looks nice. The shoe does seem to sit a little further back with this trigger than the stock - which on a smaller gun like this takes a little getting used to. But overall, I really do like the feel. With the stock Glock trigger I tend to pull my shots left a little, I think this is due to the shape of the stock Glock shoe granted I could train more and correct the issue, Im just saying its what happens. As a right handed shooter my trigger finger tends to stay on the right half of the shoes face and due to the angle Im not pulling it straight back. The trigger shoe is both flat vertically, and the face your finger rests on is also flat, so it pretty much forces you to pull straight back. This set up does not by any means make the trigger feel light. The 43 trigger is pretty heavy to begin with, this does reduce the feel a bit (I dont have a trigger pull gauge to have solid numbers, sorry), but you wont feel that its dangerously light at all. The pre-travel is reduced, the break is cleaner/crisper, and it resets nicely. The safety works fine. I dropped tested it numerous times, even threw it down and never had the trigger discharge, so that was reassuring. So overall, I am happy with it, I would have liked to see the pull weight reduced a little more which is one of the reasons I didnt give it a 4 star, the other reason is the price, definitely seems a bit overpriced but Id still buy it again.
Not What I Expected
First of All, I like Agency products. Their barrels and flat triggers are top notch as far as Glock Flat Faced Triggers go. Not the case with the G43 Agency Trigger. When I replaced the factory trigger/bar and connector with the Agency trigger bar and connector, I felt NO DIFFERENCE IN TRIGGER PULL. What I did feel was drag and resistance. I reinstalled the factory connector and trigger/bar and it was so much better. The factory connector has the (-) marking on it which usually indicates a reduced felt trigger pull. The FIX..... I removed the Agency Flat Faced Trigger Shoe and installed it on my factory trigger bar. Now I have exactly what I expected. A nice crisp trigger pull with shorter travel. Looking at the Agency Trigger Bar, I looks completely different than the pictured trigger bar on this website. The Firing Pin safety extension on the trigger bar is cut at a steep angle and seems more pointed than the factory. That made it more difficult to reassemble and created felt drag while pulling the trigger. They should've left it alone or minimized the modification. I am disappointed in this product and could not recommend it to a person expecting a "drop in" trigger, and expecting an improvement. If you want the flat face trigger shoe and want to spend the $$ to buy it then reinstall it on your factory trigger bar, then by all means get it.. Otherwise, wait until they fix this trigger bar design.
Rendered G43 unusable
I have successfully installed various aftermarket improvements in handguns and rifles, including Zev drop-in triggers for the G19 and 26. I recently purchased a GL43 with the intention of replacing the stock trigger with this drop-in flat trigger kit from Agency Arms (which includes a Ghost connector). Manual cycling, dry firing, and disassembly of the stock GL43 were as expected. The installation of the new connector and trigger into the frame was uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the slide would only progress about 3/4 down the length of the frame during final reassembly of the pistol. Further rearward progress of the slide appeared to be blocked by collision with an upward extension of the trigger bar. Returning the GL43 to stock configuration restored function. Re-installing the Agency trigger produced the same problem. The GL43 is now back in its original configuration. I'd have rated the product a "0" if possible. Caveat emptor.
