Polymer80 problem solved
Peter S.: The AA trigger may not be the problem of what you experienced. I had this issue before with other brands' triggers. In the attached image the arrow is pointing to a part of the rear rail of polymer80 on which there is a tiny metal line that makes the surface not flat (images from internet but you can still the shiny metal line). This, however, is the exact point where the trigger bar interact with the trigger housing & connector and such tiny extra metal prevent the trigger from going backward enough to fire. Solution: file that part away to make it a flat smooth edge and the trigger should be fine. Over half of the chance you will get that extra metal line on the rear rail. Some is so tiny that would not interfere the trigger. But several do. It might come from the manufacturing process of that metal rail. Hope you can see this and help.
Great trigger
Love this trigger. It looks great in the gun and the flat face really goves it a nice feel. Nicest trigger I have had. Also reduces trigger pull by about a pound.
An intelligent review.
I own a lot of Glocks. I'm not going to try to sell myself as the "professional elite tactical operator" like most reviewers, but I'm knowledgeable. I'm a consumer, probably much like you are. Is this trigger expensive? Kind of. But... Can I design and machine an aluminum trigger shoe to my taste for under $150? No. Does it work well? Yes. Trigger pull feels great, it's comfortable to shoot, and Agency is known for sticking with FACTORY PARTS as much as they can to be sure to retain Glock reliability. Short pre-travel, positive reset. It's nice. Will you be happy? Probably. If you understand this trigger isn't meant to be a, "Zev 2.0!" It's non-adjustable for a reason. It's meant to retain a factory function with a better feel and aesthetic. Bottom line: I wanted a flat-faced, attractive, and functional trigger. I got exactly what I ordered. I'm happy. If you want something to adjust to the moon so when you're out doing "tactical missions" on your drive to the store, it's probably not for you.
Amazing trigger! yes yes yes
The drop in trigger is freaking amazing. Polish job is great, the break is clean and predictable with a positive reset. Also the trigger is drop safe which is phenomenal and normally not something you get from the ZEV trigger or other after market triggers. The drop in comes with a full system thats non adjustable ( which i prefer due to being a duty drop in ) and the flat face design gives me a lighter constant feeling pull. As a military vet, I love that Agency is a LEO and Mil associated company, and really take to heart about the need for a safe, constant feeling trigger. Not to mention they machine everything in house, and back there product with amazing customer service. These guys have me for life, and ill be sending a full build in to be built along with getting there fitted trigger next! Solid company putting out amazing products with hard working Americans. How can you do wrong.

Not consistent quality
First of all let me start out by saying that I bought the red trigger and the gray trigger at the same time each trigger was put in brand new GEN 4 Glock 19s the red trigger had a trigger pull of right around 3.9 to 4 pounds but the Gray trigger came in at 6lb, all stock Glock springs used in both guns. I then switched the triggers in both the glass and I got the same results. Note: Red Agency arms trigger on the left in the photos and gray trigger in the right photos. I called AGENCY ARMS and explain the problem to them. They initially seemed concerned and genuinely wanted to help me with the problem but when I noticed a discrepancy in the knuckle or nubon the trigger bar I sent them a picture of it. They never offered to pay for shipping or replace the item they just expressed a concern that they wanted their gun Smith to look at it more closely. Rather than playing a back-and-forth game with AGENCY ARMS I figured it be best to return it to Brownells and they were more than willing to take it back and pay for shipping thank you Brownells for your awesome customer service! And yes Certified GLOCK ARMORER
Good, but NOT Great.
I own multiple Glocks both Gen 3 & 4, with triggers including stock, Zev-Tech Standard and Ultimate Fulcrum trigger kits. I bought this to see if I would like the flat trigger better than my other drop in trigger kits. I can say with a resounding NO, that the Agency Arms costs more and delivers less. For $30 more, you can get the fully adjustable Zev-Tech Fulcrum with a polished safety plunger, lightened striker springs, a V4 connector and ejector housing. In my opinion the Agency Arms trigger just doesn't deliver enough bang for the buck.
Buyers remorse, deep pockets have a hole
I like my glocks for toss around durable and reliable guns. I have a number of glocks from gen2 to gen4 and the latest slim .380 g42. With some well intentions I decided to give the Agency a shot. Even though I've got zev ultimate kits in a few of my glocks, for some reason I just wanted to further improve the carry of the g42. So, I have a ghost connector, a completely polished factory trigger bar, polished safety plunger and some other carry mods to better manipulate the gun under pressure... So now an improved trigger shoe, without pre and over travel adjustment ability suits concealed carry. Ok, got it. The trigger bar is only polished in 3 spots of the 6 spots they SHOULD be. No time was taken with this on the agency trigger. From what I can tell, since they throw in a ghost connector, I already had mine installed and required no further tuning of the connector with this trigger. It breaks slightly cleaner, and has slightly less over travel. From the naked eye call it 3/16" reduction. For the money spent, these results are not what I was looking for. Thinking about sending it back. Zev systems has their processes and machining down pat and by far, their triggers surpass the quality and expectations. Agency just fell short on all levels, minus the fact their trigger is flat faced. That's the only buying point that truly sold this trigger to me. I refuse to put lead down range with this trigger in the gun. I am going to get a refund. Looks like Zev just sold another trigger. Agency, you guys need to adjust your price according to what you are actually delivering to your customer.
unsafe
safety broke off the trigger during a major 3 gun competition. Put me and my fellow competitors in danger.
Waste of money
I am a certified glock armorer and installed my new agency trigger into my glock. The trigger didnt have enough pretravel to engage the safety tab. Sent the trigger back waited two weeks and supposedly got the trigger fixed. When sending the trigger in the gunsmith basically told me they run everything stock because it works better. They dont even include a connector anymore. This is to cut costs. They are trying to tell you that they want to give you less stuff and charge the same. so misleading. Many people who dont understand glocks would be fine with the attempt to assert they are the experts and to run stock. This is false. Stock parts give you a stock trigger characteristics. Everything this company does is super over priced. Then when they sent the trigger back to me they took too much pretravel out which made it like every other trigger on the market. nothing special. Except when i installed it the safety tab now rubbed on the frame when trying to engage the trigger. At this point agency offered to do a hand fitted trigger in my gun which is bs. All they do is put al stock components into the gun and bend the connector. I know this because i wasted 50$ and two hours of my life driving up to their headquarters only for them to make my trigger feel exactly as i did. They literally told me sorry this is the best they could do but then proceeded to charge me. Dont believe the hype. I got rid of both my agency triggers for an Apex trigger with a edge connector and my other glock has a free Saurez trigger that came with a magwell i ordered. Both triggers feel better than the agency. Apex's customer service is a night and day difference as well.
