The only solution for my problem
Having a vintage J. Stevens Arms Co. Springfield Model 84 .22S/L/LR bolt-action rifle, I wanted to mount a period-appropriate scope on it. No 3/8" receiver grooves, just two drilled & tapped mounting holes on the left side of the receiver. I tried a 3/4"-tubed Weaver scope in vintage Weaver side mounts, and a 1" steel-tubed Weaver K4 in a modern Weaver side mount. No combination worked - the geometry of the bolt handle is such that it bonked into the tubes of all the scopes in those mounts. In dismay, I tried one more combination - a modern Weaver side mount, but with these 1" to 3/4" Delrin reducer rings, and a 3/4"-tubed vintage J.C. Higgins-marked Weaver 4X scope. Success!! The clearance is close, but enough, and I can now shoot the rifle as I wanted to. It would not have been possible without these ring reducers, unless a non-standard mount setup had been worked out, which would have unacceptably altered the rifle from its original factory form. Thank you, Brownells, for this product!

Looks Good
Allowed me to use a 1" scope mount with iron sight pass-through for a 0.75" scope on my Ruger 10-22 rifle. Looks nicer than if I had to reverse engineer something for it.
They do the trick!
Not sure why good quality 1"-to-3/4" spacers are so hard to find but no worries as long as Brownell's has them!
