Excellent Product
An excellent product from Lee sent very promptly, sold at a great price. Brownells is the best. They never cease to please. This is the reason I patronize Brownells.

Works great, very useful, DURABLE
Got both caliber decappers with bases and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are pretty indestructible also. Ive bent the decapper on the 30 cal unit due me not paying attention and making sure I was in the flash hole. Well no decapper likes that AT ALL. But it DIDNT BREAK! I took it out tapped it straight again and am still using it to this day. You do have to pay attention and get the spent loose primers out of the base after every 4-5 round max. Or you may have an issue with the decapper not having a void to drive out the next primer and possibly bend the decapper. But this unit does what its supposed to do and saves your decapping die pin. And THEY ALSO WORK FOR MULTIPLE CALIBERS. What ever fits in the base and if the decapper clears the case neck you can decap it. Great part and I dont understand the low reviews, it does what its supposed to do and DOES IT WELL.

Works perfectly, great for many calibers
I got this 30 caliber decapper along with the 22 caliber decapper mainly for crimped in primers. But I use them on all kinds of primers of various calibers. The 30 cal base will hold just about any cartridge. And the decapper is a brute! I dont know about the other guys review and saying the decapper broke, I dont know how? I literally bent the 30 cal decapper like 45 degrees by not paying attention and making sure I was in the primer flash hole and went ahead and smacked it with my hammer. Well needless to say the primer needs to be struck to be removed, NOT THE CASE HEAD! Hahaha my bad. Anyway that decapper bent almost sideways and STILL DIDNT BREAK. I took out tapped it straight with my hammer and Im still using it to decap. So maybe the other guy may have did the same thing and just beat it a bit harder. But this thing is a BRUTE! Comes in very handy, especially when you dont want to jack up your decapping die with crimped primers.

Delicate decapper
Decapper broke after 3 brass rounds. The other Decapper for .22 broke after about 50 rounds. On the up side the bases are still good.

How is it supposed to work?
I buy this thing at sportsmans warehouse and take it home and unwrap it It says 22 caliber decapper and base on the package so I go to try it and it wont fit in a 223 infact the decapper is larger in diameter than a 223 case! See pics below and try to figure out how it works. I cant

Worthless
We'll Maybe not worthless, unless you're trying to decap actual militaty, or rifle cases, in this caliber. It will however apparently work on centerfire pistol cases. You're better off purchasing the Frankford Arsenal Hand Decapper and replacing the pin with a Lee brand replacement to get around the stick case issue many seem to have with the FA.
