Used the .45 caliber cylinder polishing system to remove a gouge that made insertion of my rounds REALLY smooth in one cylinder chamber, while I was at it I honed the other cylinder charge holes as well.

Perfect System For My Taurus M44 - 4"

Works awesome! My sticking brass now pops out with ease from my new revolver. I used both the medium and fine along with the honing fluid for a mirror finish. It took out almost all of the machining marks in the chamber. Didn't take long. Make sure you don't take to much off. I did an equal amount of work on all 6 chambers in the cylinder. I like the results so much that I intend to also fine hone my Ruger 357 chambers. Excellent system IMHO.

Flex-Hone worked well for me.

After using the chamber mouth reamer that I also purchased from Brownells, I used the Flex-Hone to polish the chamber mouths. I used this product on all of my 45 Colt revolvers. Ive attached an after polishing pic.

Works as advertised. Used it to hone chambers on .45LC Ruger. The cases were sticking going in and out, now they slide right out.
