Good Upgrade

Good upgrade over factory plastic part and very easy to install. Fits snug and looks great with black finish.

Slick and better than the original

Easy drop-in replacement for the standard slide cover plate. Looks great and doesn't loosen up like the plastic ones do.

Better than OEM

This is great for building that "custom" Glock or replacing the OEM back plate on your slide. If you completely strip your Glock for cleaning once in a while, the OEM plastic back plate begins to loosen up and sometimes will warp the edges. This is tough and will last forever. Fits better than the OEM as well.

it is very tight on my caspian glock 22 slide. it definately is better than the stock part if you detail strip your slide often, but the tightness has meant that the finish has been messed up due to using pliers to get it out.

Nice but...

This plate is much more professional looking than the factory cover. However, once installed it is not coming off without forcefully ripping it out of the slide. I had to use a hammer and flathead screwdriver to get it off the firearm. And in the process it gets scratched up and looks like junk now. Slipped the cheap looking factory cover back in and accepted the fact it looks cheap.

Terrible product

Hands down the worst firearms related product I have ever bought. Part was crooked after installation and the horizontal lines were slanted, not straight. I really wanted to like this product but the quality of the machining was amateur at best. Stick with the stock Glock plate or one from another manufacturer.

Don't waste your money

When I visually inspected the plate, the bottom slots were crooked, like whoever milled this peice just eye-balled it. This makes reassembly of the pistol difficult. I took a file to the crooked grooves, and now it works ok. I was really disappointed. There are far superior slide plates out there for about the same price.
