Great, if you don't clean your gun.
I bought this to fill in the emblems on the slides of my two XDs. It goes on like a crayon, then you wipe away the excess leaving the engraving filled in. I let it set up for a week. It looked great, right up until I cleaned the pistols. Cleaning the slide with Break Free, the Lacquer Stick in the engraving liquified and came right off.
