match for Redding dies
The carbide button makes great dies even greater.
Carbide rules!
I have switched all of my Redding dies over to these carbide buttons. Makes it so much easier to resize the cases.
Worth getting.
Performs much smoother than the stock button.
good product
fyi: the Ball measures at .306 Works for me as I am striving for .002 neck tension. I use a .335 bushing on brass that is .015 thick. I do Loads for AR10/SCAR17. I don't like lubing the inside of the necks using the original expander, which is tapered from .306 to .307. Using this carbide ball and .335 bushing, I feel is perfect for me. My only complaint is that the Decapping rod doesn't stay seated using the provided parts in the kit. Since I decap in a separate step anyways it isn't a big deal to me, but might be to some. Rod provided measured to .062. And yes I have the Type-S FL bushing Die by redding.
Good product but very expensive
Easy to set up and gives good result. Hornaday elliptical expanders work better. I do not consider this as good value, too expensive for what you get.
