CAR-15 BUILD
Just what I would expect from Brownells a quality product that will not break the bank going to look good on my car 15 build
Would you recommend this?
Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Excellent stock
Well made representation of the original CAR-15 stock
Retro B5 stock
I really like the quality and the price. It’s great to see Brownells pay attention to the Retro rifles. This stock went onto my Colt 733 clone and really looks the part.
Nice stock
Very happy with this stock, fit my milspec buffer tube really good. I prefer the Doublestar aluminum stock but for the money this B5 is a good option
Awesome!
What a great stock. I’ve got multiple of these on different lowers, and they work awesome. The fit the milspec tubes I’ve used without issue. The polymer has a nice finish and the adjustment works well. I will use this again in the future! Best retro looking stock for the money.
Loving it!
Loving it! I am using it on a VLTOR A5 receiver extension. Sits flush with the extension on the 2nd position. Find it comfortable to shoulder and maneuver with. It has a good fit and finish as well. Definitely recommend for those who want to have a classic stock.
Great retro piece
Great for the money. Threw it on a retro M4 carbine build, Fits tight on some tubes, a little looser on others like any other stock. Smooth adjustment.. Minimal noise.
Economical reproduction
Looks correct on older Colt rifles. I added a John Masen recoil pad and secured it with a zip-tie. I would love an original aluminum car stock($250+). This is more than adequate for my uses(URG-I and FBI clone).
Exactly what I was looking for
This one went to a 6933 colt commando (modern) but I wanted it to retain the original look . It fit perfectly it now has the classic look and performs accordingly, manufacturing process provided a sturdy lightweight stock option , confortable to shoot and compact ,even took a carbine class and placed top 5 with iron sights (out of 30)this is a keeper and will stay on my commando permanently.
Works Great
Works great as a stand in for the original Colt Fiberlite. Wobbles less on my Colt LE6920 than the OG fiberlite.
