A5 set

A got to have for those A5 slots being so so thin and yep Shattered it on the tightest of stock screws first try...filed a b square bit an the screw broke loose used the tgins on the rest no problems...call customer services at Brownells and a new bit is already on the way...just watch those first time to be removed stock screws....a must have fir the A5.

These are just the right size for an A-5. I had a couple tough screws but they turned them out without breaking ( the smallest one did twist a little but didn't break). Buy 'em you won't regret it.

Browning Auto 5 Driver Set

Bits fit well into screws, no issues with use. Handle storage fits 3 of the 4 bits, so one bit must be in the driver with storage cap on, this was not an issue. Items appear as quality, but as I am not a gunsmith and using these all the time, there may be other issues. For my occasional use, they appear good. Recommended for the Browning Auto 5.

Excellent product. Bits fit every screw perfect.

Exactly what you need, but.........

I have no idea how you would disassemble an Auto-5 without these. These bits are ground super thin so that they fit all the browning flat head screws. The offshoot of that though, is that they are ground SUPER THIN!!! This makes them very delicate, but there is simply no other way to get the bits thin enough to fit the screws. On my particular Browning, it hadn't been field stripped in decades. I twisted the two smallest bits, which also damaged the two corresponding factory screws. No problem though, Brownells sells the screws and they replaced the bits free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again though, definitely the right tools for the job!
