First Impressions
Build quality and anodizing is top notch.Handguard to upper reciever mating is straight as an arrow. Nice thick handguard screws. This is A cut above the average "budget upper" Pins just fine. I will give another update when I've shot it and sighted it up.

Well, built and lightweight
I’ve been shopping for a lightweight upper. Ran across the Brn 15. I watched what videos I could find and decided to give it a shot. I’m very happy I did. The uppers very well-made and super light.
Very nice looking and great quality
I had been looking for that 10.5” combo and it happened to be on sale!
First thing I did was replacing the birdcage with an Epsilon comp I had in my parts drawer. Now the accessorizing has begun
Can’t wait to take it to the range
Price is right
I haven’t had the opportunity to test it yet but, fit and finish are very good, considering the cost. It appears to be well made, it pinned to my lower nicely, the BCG fits and operates well and it looks good too. I feel I can’t go wrong with Brownell’s forever guarantee.
It'd be perfect save for...
I dmittedly don't have a lower reciever ready, and my charging hoandle won't fit, even though it's an AR15 make and so its the upper. Really dissapointed that I'll have to get another one or file the CH.
Undergassed..
Sad to say, I bought the 13.7 BRN-15 upper on Gunbroker. Its been a problem for me for 2 range trips. Its super undergassed, basically a bolt action for me. I've tried lighter, and heavier buffer systems. I took it apart, everything looks normal.. Still wont run reliabily. Sad. I'll stick with BKF and BCM.
