BRN-15
This was my first build. Brownells tutorial video made it easy even for a novice. I took this AR to the range and it was very accurate. This gun exceeded my expectations.

Very solid
Definitely a solid lower for the price, minimalist markings are very aesthetically pleasing. Finish held up for my shoddy attempt at assembling it, so id say its pretty tough lol

Decent Budget Lower
A few things to note: 1) Apparently now the bolt catch/release is threaded, and includes a stainless steel threaded bolt for the release. Not shown in the pictures on Brownell's. First few from earlier in the year didn't have this, ones from this month do. 2) These lowers are drilled for a nylon tension screw, SKU 100-036-982WB. 3) Magwells are a little tight as others have mentioned. 4) Finish is meh, definitely a budget lower. Definitely not as nice as something like the Brownell's M16A1 lowers. Overall, decent for the price. You get what you pay for; a budget lower for cheap builds

Solid, but appears to be blemished
Same as some other reviewers.. the receiver that I got appears to be blemished. Kinda hurt when I opened the box and saw it.. Ive heard only good things about their receivers and what not... so I was mildly disappointed with the dings.... but I wasnt expecting supreme fit and finish for the price. The specs are good. Everything fits like it should. The anodizing is good. It also has an adjustment screw to get rid of any slop between upper and lower receiver. So that was an unexpected bonus. Overall, I think its a solid receiver for the price point. I do think it should be more clear that these could be blems... I dont believe I read that anywhere in the description.

BRN-15
As stated before it appears to be manufactured by Aero Precision, anodize and the specs are not up to par, don't even think that will get a Aero Billet Trigger Guard installed on this lower.

In Spec. looks like a BLEM
I bought multiple of these in case future we cant get. I bought to avoid having a poverty pony. From my research these are manufactured at Aero. I have had several Aero and BA lowers. They have much better anodizing. There are splotches in the anodizing. there is a burr on the outside that someone missed on one of them. the other one looks like it got scratched and anodized over without sanding. I assembled them just fine and they fit all 5 of my uppers with no issues (high end equipment) I gave 4 stars because of the low price. Things are hard to find. I cant stand ponies. These are better than ponies.
3
Disappointing
Blemishes under the anodizing, magwell is tight on pmags, and is marked multi caliber.
3
Magwells are far too tight
As other reviewers have noted, the magazine wells are way too tight and USGI mags don't drop free (and take some force to insert). I had no other issues with these lowers but the mag well issue is a deal breaker - I would not buy again.
3
Multi Cal. marked
Quality upper for the price but I am disappointed they are engraved for multi caliber. The markings are great and understated. I had my fingers crossed for 5.56 markings.
2
Magazine well too tight
I chose this lower because it doesnt have any logos, and is reasonably priced. The overall fit and finish looks great, and it has a decent fit to most uppers I tried. Not thinking ahead, I assembled this lower, and discovered afterward that the magazine well is way too tight. Even aluminum GI magazines require a significant shove to seat them properly, and they will not drop free, requiring a deliberate tug to remove them (even when empty). I really dont want to go through the hassle of returning this, and at the same time, I dont want to file or stone the magazine well (I shouldnt have to). Buyer beware.
