LEE PRECISION BREECH LOCK CHALLENGER KIT

This kit features the same components as the 50th Anniversary Kit, but Lee Precision have replaced the Safety Prime with the Auto Bench Prime and three of the most popular Hand Priming Tool Shell Holders (2, 4 and 19) that work for over 60 cartridges. This kit is for those who prefer to prime off the press. This press includes (1) Breech Lock Quick Change Bushing.

Includes the new Breech Lock Challenger III Press and one Smart Lock quick-change bushing. You get a complete powder handling system, with the most convenient and repeatable Perfect Powder Measure. Plus the Lee Safety Scale, the most sensitive and safest of all powder scales and fill your case with the included Powder Funnel.

Case Preparation Tools include a Value Trim Case Trimmer that allows you to trim directly on your reloading press (order cartridge specific Quick Trim Die separately) Or, use the Cutter and Lock Stud to trim your cases by hand, complete it with your cartridge specific case length gauge. Power Grip Shell Holder provides a comfortable grip for holding cases during case trimming and chamfering sessions. An included Chamfer Tool chamfers the inside and outside of the case mouth and a tube of premium Sizing Lube is included. A small and large Primer Pocket-cleaning Tool completes the case preparation package.

Good little press

Press does everything it needs to.powder drop turns a little hard and leaks a little powder but is consistent . scale works as good as you need hand primer works but you better go slow primers will flip if you tilt machine at the wrong time, put one in sideways.For 120.00$ just buy it . People are giving it a bad review I don't see why ,they must want a green one or the other red one.It a 120 dollar machine treat it as such.forms 300 blackout with no problems

The press itself is pretty solid. The bushing fur change set up is nice. The hand prime tool is ok. The power measure is kind of cheesy. Too much plastic where steel or aluminum would be better but will be replaced at some point in the near future. Otherwise for $150 a good way to get started.

great value

i received this kit a couple years ago and with the exception of the scale it is great. love the breech lock bushings. once u have your dies adjusted just leave them in the bushings and your all ready to go.i suggest picking up extra bushings for your dies

Do not buy if you are going to hand prim

My brother has a ton of Lee's reloading equipment. This particular kit was a great deal. Yet unfortunately they changed a few things one being the hand primer. The older one was decent and worked as expected. But the new one is just garbage. Called the new auto prime is just junk. I really have to say they are just becoming the el cheapo of reloading.
