Finally found my priming tool
After trying many primers, including one bench primer, I have finally found one I love. Simple, easy on my old joints, no upside down primers, the thing is actually fun to use. It also speeds up the priming appreciably- like several others have said, I wish Id bought this a long time ago.

I replaced my LEE PRECISION - AUTO BENCH PRIME tool with this unit, the Lee ended up in the junk, plastic parts that fail, got about two thousand cycles and fell apart, this one puts it to shame. Over the years I've used several types of primer tools and this one is about as good as it gets. It's was a little difficult to figure out how it functions, nothing big, just getting the bugs out of the set up but after it was up and running it's a snap. Changing from small to large primers is a fifteen second operation. I mounted mine on a board, set the unit on a block to give the handle room to move and screwed it to a 1"x 6" plank, One thing i did do and i highly recommend is cut the end off the primer tubes and put a Dillon pick up on them The tubs they send are OK if you don't mind using a sledge hammer to drive it over the primers. Once that was fixed this thing is really comfortable to use, the feel isn't bad at all, just clean the pockets and go. It's well built, not full of plastic parts and from what i have experienced so far it should last a long long time.

Thats a fact Jack! Just messed around trying to figure out what was wrong with the primer press and that was it, You gotta use a RCBS shell holder!
Good Tool
I have used this tool for over 10 years and have loaded thousands of rifle and pistol primers with it. The feedback when installing the primer is excellent. After using the tool all this time I found that the few mistakes I have experienced are all due to when I try to go to fast. Take your time and all will go well.

I use this tool for priming rifle brass off-press. It is very fast and you can build up a cadence with it once you get the hang of it. The feel is really good;you can feel he primer seat properly. I have tried other brands which had plastic parts that are prone to breakage and had too many problems with jams. This little machine is solidly constructed and I would not be surprised if it outlasted me. I think this is the best priming tool on the market!
One Great Priming Tool!
I've loaded thousands and thousands of rounds with this. It's worked perfectly from the start, with no setup problems, no problems of any kind. I love the way I can feel the primer being seated. I recently had a part fail - the priming rod. It was entirely my fault. I wrote RCBS about it and made sure they knew it was my error and they sent a new part immediately, free of charge. I wish every manufacturer had service like this. Great product, great design, great service. Hey, just get one!
