Fairly priced but less is more
I purchased this sight tool and have used it on Walther, Glock, Sig and HK pistols. Iwas able to break it.

Better options available?
I've had one of these for a few years now. I've found it useful, however... I have found it untrustworthy, it is necessary to secure the slide into this device at seven different points. That's all well and good, I like that. When things are properly secured, installation is smoother and damage to the firearm is unlikely to occur. The problem is, and for this I will blame either "low bidder syndrome" or just plain Chinese build, is that the tolerances are so poor in manufacture the device gives false signs regarding securing the slide. Simply put, double and triple check EVERY point of contact when you use this unless you don't mind a bit of damage.

Well built and Versatile for a universal
I am an armorer and change out sights. I prefer dedicated tools and have several MGW tools for Glock and Sig. I don't do enough to justify buying the MGW universal tool with the inserts. I have used this on several Sig front and rear sights (P320s so I could not use my traditional series MGW tool). I had no issues. I just made double sure that I had everything perfectly aligned before I started. The only issue was one of the thumbscrews was so tight I had to use pliers and lubricant to get it broken in. After that it was fine. I would have given it 4 stars if not for the tightness of the screw. It is well built unlike some of the sight pushers made by airsoft companies. I would caution people that this is not a quick adjustment tool for the range. If you have it set up for your gun, fine. But it is really a workbench tool. If you are planning to do a lot of sights, you might want to look at the MGW as it is the gold standard.
