However, completely removing the gas tube and block from your barrel is a pain. That's why IOSSO developed its AR Rifle Gas Tube Cleaning Kit, which allows AR owners to clean their rifle's gas tube without having to disassemble the gun. The patented design of the IOSSO AR Rifle Gas Tube Cleaning Kit includes a clear guide tube that slides over the end of the gas tube. All a user has to do is drop in some of the company's Triple Action Oil onto the tube-sized brush and run the entire brush into the gas tube. Both good and bad

The tube cleaning kit worked very well and I am 100% satisfied with the tool. However I am very disappointed with the container of the Triple Action Oil. Rather than the metal container shown in the illustration it came in a plastic container. The design of the container made it very difficult to see the discharge point and thereby difficult to control the flow and see the brush while applying the oil. It was wasteful and difficult to control. I have used metal containers such as shown in the product image with great success and prefer them hands down. While the system works great and is very easy to use and will encourage more frequent cleaning Brownells needs to update the image shown.

Must be lubricated; wire kinks and bends easily, Cannot be in a hurry. Does clean tube.
