Best Magazines!
Love these! They are not plastic and are of high quality, I bought the 20 round mags and they are a lot more compact than the plastic magpuls...won't be using those anymore!

DH Steel Mags
Insert, eject, and function flawlessly in the SW-MP-10, in 308cal.
D&H steel mags
Fit, function, and perform well in the SW-MP 10 in 308cal.
Functions perfect
I purchased the very last Brownell's retro BRN 10A in stock (floor model ?) and it only came with one mag. After buying 4 different brands to see which one worked, the D & H with green follower was only one that fit and functioned perfect. All others would either not lock in or drag on bolt carrier not allowing it to go forward. FYI the other 3 brands that would not work are Promag, ASC and AR stoner. So in conclusions, if you have one of the retro BRN 10A rifle learn from my mistakes ($$$$) and just get the D&H mags. If your wondering why i didn't buy another factory mag for this rifle its that Brownell's discontinued making them thus leaving us high and dry for mags. Also Magpul polymer mags do not work in this rifle either.
Quality Part
Magazine is easily loaded/unloaded and clicks into slot smoothly. Follower is top notch and consistent. You get what you pay for. Avoid cheap imitations.
Great Magazine
These magazines are built great. I bought for a 6.5 Creedmoor and they fit great and actually hold 10 rounds.
Great Magazies
I ordered 10 Round and 20 round D&H magazines for my new Daniel Denfense DD5V4 in .308. They both fit perfectly, operated perfectly, fed perfectly, locked bolt open on last round, and dropped out easily by gravity only. I tried pulling them out (as reported by someone), without the magazine release, but they held in place. They do require a slap to insert fully a loaded mag with the bolt closed, but this is typical also with AR-15 with 5.56 and 300 Blackout uppers. All three calibers magazines lock into place easier with the bolt open. Both are much shorter in length than the polymer mags, and the 10 round only protrudes about a quarter inch below the mag well. These are absolutely great magazines for an absolutely great rifle. I am extremely happy with both. (I can tell you that!) Ha, Ha, Ha. :) I just ordered two more 20 round versions. I definitely recommend them. Do remember though that AR-10 manufacturers are not Mil-Spec and their specs and dimensions do vary. I was surprised that a problem existed with the DD5V1. I know there are some differences between the DD5V1 vs the DD5V4.
Better then magpul
Bought these because the Magpul magazine didn't fit well. These fit great.
The mags to use.
I love these mags for my PSA AR-10 Gen 2. I have run across other shooters at the range with the same lowers, and they have all been using Magpuls, with the same complaint: they bind in the mag well and won't drop free, and the Magpuls are tough to insert a full mag if the bolt is closed. I keep 2 extra D&H's in my range bag so I can let them try a "good" mag. They usually want to buy it, but I give it to them as my gift. I hope they can keep them in stock @ Brownells, because they are the only Mag for my rifle. Make sur you get them when you can!
